VENDER FAQS

CRAFT Fest will take place on Saturday, March 29th, from 11am to 6pm, and on Sunday, March 30th, from 12pm to 4pm.

What time can I set up?

Booth setup and breakdown is 2 hours before and after the times listed above. Attendance to the Festival, as well as any items left outside is done so at your own risk and we will not be responsible for any damage to merchandise, property, or personal injury.

Additionally, we ask that vendors remain setup for the full amount of time unless discussed with a coordinator prior to the event. Early breakdown can result in not being admitted as a vendor next year.

If you are attending both days of the Festival you will be required to break down at the end of Saturday and set up again the following day. The parking lot area cannot be secured overnight so this is for your safety and protection as well as the safety and protection of your merchandise.

Do I have to bring my own tents/tables/etc.?

YES, all vendors must bring their own setup items including, but not limited to, tents, tables, chairs, displays, signage and other items. If you have a pop-up tent, you MUST bring weights to secure your tent.

How big is the vendor space?

All vendor spaces are 10′ by 10′ taped off in the outdoor parking lot. This event is OUTDOORS rain or shine so please bring appropriate setups items for the weather.

Will there be Wi-Fi or electricity?

Wi-Fi is at the facility but not guaranteed to reach all booths. It is recommended that vendors have hotspots. Additionally, electricity is not guaranteed so please plan accordingly. 

How much is the vendor fee?

Fees for space available:
10′ x 10″ booth space:
-$200 for both days 
-$150 Saturday only (limited avaliability)

*Active Guild Members with at least 90 days of Active Member status prior submitting application & Non-Profits will receive a 50% discount on vendor fees.
