Honey & Hive, LLC

I have had many careers including an attorney, a finance manager, a teacher, and a mom of two girls and a boy. In Summer 2022, while visiting family, I met my uncle, a bee farmer working to remove bees from the endangered species list. That’s a lot of bees, each producing only a teaspoon of honey in their lifetime, but together they yield gallons. A simple question, “What do you do with all the honey and beeswax?” transformed my uncle’s farm into a thriving business. Over a year later, we’ve received a wonderful welcome from the community and look forward to growing our hive with you in North Carolina, one teaspoon of honey at a time.
